THE NITTY GRITTY
Vintage is defined as: of, relating to, or originating in a past era, dating from the past, advanced in years or age, showing the characteristics of age. Vintage is pre-worn/pre-loved. More or less, vintage clothes are used clothing; its been worn, its been washed, and it may have slight flaws such as no tag sizes, logo's cracking, slight fading and missing buttons.
Here at Ms Jackson's Vintage, we do our best to inspect every piece of clothing to make sure it meets our standard. If there are any flaws, we'll make to sure to do our best to list any imperfections or issues within the description of the item. All items are sold "as is." Returns can ONLY be accepted if the item is grossly misrepresented. No returns for color variations or item not fitting properly.
We include measurements for all clothing in our listings for a reason. We cannot be responsible if the item does not fit you. Make sure to read the entire listing and also compare the measurements to something you already own and like the way it fits you. Remember, vintage clothing normally runs smaller than today's sizes. Please check all measurements accordingly.
Please keep in mind that some items may be pinned or clipped to show ideal fit.
Some items may be shortened, hemmed, altered, etc...to show a more desireable fit. This is done by our professional seamstress.
All items are laundered, pressed or dry cleaned unless otherwise noted.
Accessories and other clothing featured in our photos are NOT included, unless otherwise stated. You may however, check our store for the availability of the item of interest.

PAYMENT
Payment is to be made within 5 days of purchase. Payment must be made by Paypal or Google checkout. We accept Visa, Mastercard and E-checks via Paypal & Google. You can use your credit card through Paypal even if you don't have a Paypal or Google account!
SHIPPING
US Bidders: pay a Standard Flat Rate Shipping rate. Most items are delivered by USPS Priority Shipping with Delivery Confirmation and tracking. However, we sometimes ship Parcel Post and UPS, depending on location the item is being sent. International BUYERS: please email us for a quote. Please note that US sellers cannot control how long your customs dept. takes to get the item to you. We try to ensure prompt delivery. Any customs taxes, dues, etc... are the buyers responsibility! Law states that all international packages be marked as merchandise and the amount paid. NO exceptions! All Bidders: Insanely HUGE discounts on combined shipping! Only $2 for each additional item shipped within the US. $5 each additional item shipped outside the US, depending on weight. We are a 2 person operation. We usually ship within 24-48 hours after receiving clear payment. We charge minimal handling fees to cover the cost of supplies. This is included in shipping total. We sometimes use recycled boxes and packing material to ship your items. Trying to keep things a bit greener!
